Will the portrait look like my dog?
Our portraits are illustrations of a breed and coat colour, not custom drawings of your individual dog. Choose the breed and colour closest to yours. If you're unsure which to pick, email us a photo and we'll suggest the best match.

My dog's breed isn't listed. Can you do it?
Not yet - but tell us! We're adding breeds based on requests. We'll never sell you a "close enough" breed without telling you.

How long is a name allowed to be?
Up to 14 characters, including spaces. Letters (including accented letters), spaces, hyphens, apostrophes and full stops are fine. Emoji can't be printed.

Do you check my order before printing?
Yes. A real person looks at every personalised order. If anything looks wrong - a probable typo or a missing breed - we'll email you before it goes to print.

How long will it take?
Printing usually takes 2-5 working days, then delivery takes 2-4 working days. In December, please order by our Christmas cut-off date shown on the home page.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment - UK addresses only.

How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free.

Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are made just for you, so the 14-day change-of-mind right doesn't apply to them. If it hasn't gone to print yet, email us and we'll cancel it. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we'll always replace or refund it. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days - see Delivery & Returns.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Our white and coloured-inside mugs are listed by the manufacturer as dishwasher and microwave safe. Hand washing will keep the print looking its best for longest.

What size is the hoodie?
It's a unisex fit (Gildan 18500). Please check the size guide on the product page - if in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit.

Is the wooden decoration safe for my dog?
It's a decoration, not a toy - please hang it out of reach of pets and small children.

Can I use your illustration for something else?
Our illustrations are original artwork and remain our copyright. You're welcome to share photos of your purchase on social media - we'd love to see them.
