Size and materials

• 11oz (325ml) white glossy ceramic mug
• Approx. 9.5cm tall x 8.2cm diameter
• Sublimation printed, so the design is part of the glaze, not a sticker

How personalisation works

• Choose your breed and coat colour from the drop-down
• Type your dog's name exactly as you want it printed (up to 14 characters, capitals and spaces as typed)
• We check every order by hand before printing and email you if anything looks off
• Tick "Send me a proof" if you would like to see your design before it is printed

• Usually made in 2-5 working days, then 2-5 working days for delivery (allow up to 10 working days in total)

Care

• Dishwasher and microwave safe (manufacturer specification)
• For the brightest print for years, hand washing is kindest

Good to know: every Waggle & Ink portrait is an original illustration of your chosen breed and coat colour - a breed portrait, not a copy of a photo of your own dog. Because personalised items are made just for you, they are not covered by the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right, but if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as described we will replace or refund it (your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights are not affected).
